    By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to review how to greet others and introduce about oneself

    d. PROCEDURE :

    1. Warm up :
    T: ask ss some questions about their holiday
    + How is your summer vacation ?
    + What do you often do during the summer vacation ?
    + Do you want to meet your teachers and friends after the vacation ?
    + What do you say when you meet them again ?
    Ss: listen and answer the questions
    T: Lead into the topic of the lesson

    2. presentation :

    T: ask ss to look at picture 1a and 1b on the book
    Ss: look at the pictures
    T: play the tape for the first time
    Ss: listen
    T: play the tape for the second time ( stop at the end of each sentence so as for ss to repeat each sentence)
    Ss: listen and repeat in chorus
    T: guide ss to practise the dialogues in group
    Ss: practise
    T: call some pairs to read before the class. Then ask ss to think and answer the questions about the dialogues
    Ss: think to answer
    T: call some ss to answer before the class
    Ss: do as the request
    T: give correct answers and explain some new sentences
    Ss: listen and write down

    T: request ss to look at the sentences and phrases given in the box. Explain the meaning of each .
    Ss: listen and note them down





    T: guide s to listen and fill in each blank with a sentence given in the box . Then play the tape
    Ss: listen and fill the blanks
    T: call some ss to read give their answers
    Ss: do as the request
    T: play the tape again to check and give the correct answers
    Ss: listen and note down


    T: call some pairs to read the completed dialogues again
    Ss: read the dialogues in pair
